Important Rental Requirements
Reservations and Payment: A $500 Reservation Deposit must be received within seven days of booking to confirm and continue to hold a motorhome for the dates you desire. For reservations made within 14 days of pick up, the deposit must be received within 48 hours. If your signed Reservation Request form and Reservation Deposit are not received within the specified time, your tentative reservation will automatically be cancelled.
The days you have reserved must be paid for at the time of pick up. This must be paid in U.S. Dollars by cash, cashier's check, traveler's checks, Visa, or MasterCard. Payment by personal check received 30 days prior to pick up is welcome. Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks or the American Express TravelFunds© card at pick up. If you select the Pay Per Mile Option, an estimate of your mileage will be collected at pick up. The $500 Reservation Deposit will be retained as a Damage Deposit during your rental.
A valid signed Visa or MasterCard credit card, issued in your name, is required when the vehicle is picked up, or other arrangements must be made in advance. Sorry, a debit or check card is not acceptable.
Upon return of the motorhome, the actual rental charges will be determined. Any prepaid unused mileage (if you chose the Pay Per Mile Option) and your damage deposit refund will be mailed within three business days.
How to get Started
- We are open 7 days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- We are closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
Call us on our toll free number 1-888-2-ALASKA (1-888-225-2752) or in Alaska 1-907-248-7777. We will check the availability of your desired dates and, at your request, reserve a motorhome for you. Print the Reservation Request form, fill it out, sign it, and fax it to 1-907-248-7878 or drop it in the mail with your $500 Reservation Deposit. Upon receipt we will send you written confirmation of your reservation. It's that easy!
